NationPay Convenience Fee Service

Included in Nation Pay, our Total Solution will keep any other credit card fees that the university chooses not to pass on to the student (in the bookstore for example) transacting at the lowest total cost. No other service currently offers all of these components without a charge to the university. PE Systems has developed and patented an analytic process that will take your processing statements and evaluate thousands of data points, cross referencing them and uncovering the hidden codes behind your charges. We identify for you in your personalized Cost Savings Report, all the areas where you are being overcharged for processing on the MID's that will not be covered by the Nation Pay process. We then go forward and fix them for you. For the length of our association, the Total Solution also includes monthly monitoring to make sure those fixes stay in place as well as personalized education for you about the credit card industry, your processing environment and how changes may affect what you are paying.
