I am writing this letter to convey the experience we have had working with PE Systems in Spokane, WA. We contracted with PES to look into the amount and types of fees we were paying our bank in order to accept credit cards from our students. We had very little credit card processing expertise and truly thought our banking contract was availing us of the lowest possible rates until we talked to PES representatives. We learned we needed to look at the detail of our processing fees and not having adequate staff time or knowledge to take on the project we decided to ask PES to perform these services for us. It turned out to be a great decision!
PS Systems has always met and exceeded our expectations. The professionals at PE Systems have efficiently and effectively analyzed all of our banking processes with regards to our credit card processing with minimal time and effort on our part. The have truly shared our goal in getting us to the lowest total cost to accept credit cards, and have put in the tie and effort in order to achieve this goal for us initially and continually throughout our two year association.
