This letter is in regards to the experiences that we at Parkland College have had with PE Systems. PES contacted us requesting the chance to review the fees that we pay in order to accept credit cards. I must admit I was initially skeptical. I am approached countless times a week on ways to save on all sorts of costs (banking, collection, etc). But, after some detailed discussions it became apparent we literally had nothing to lose.

Since signing on with PE Systems we have been extremely pleased, both with the monetary savings and the service level we have received. PE Systems has kept us in the loop on every aspect of the process. We have several different methods for receiving credit card payments (in person, Internet, telephone, etc.).
