To Whom It May Concern:
 
This letter is to describe the services offered by PE Systems Inc and our experience with them.  North Harris Montgomery CCD was approached by a PE Systems representative in regards to their savings program.  We were told that the PE Systems’ business model was to analyze the fees that we were paying to accept credit cards; to identify any issues that were causing us to loose money; and to work with our current processor to lower our fee structure.  For that service PE Systems would be compensated on a percentage of the bottom-line savings for a short time.  To be honest, our initial reaction was skepticism.  The prospect of continued savings sounded too good to be true.  We thought that they must work directly for a bank or processor and that the end goal would be to change us over to whoever they worked for.
 
PE Systems assured us that they would be working for us.  After a no cost analysis of the potential savings, PE Systems convinced us that they were really concerned about saving money for us.  I appreciate their persistence and patience, because in the end, when we agreed to sign with them, they did just exactly as they said would do – they saved us money.
 
I highly recommend that you give PE systems a chance to perform their service for you.  They are truly the only group out there that is an advocate for the merchant.
