I am writing in regards to the relationship that Kent State University has had with PE Systems. We contracted PE Systems to review the fees that we were paying in order to accept credit cards. We appreciated the fact that because of their performance based fee structure there was absolutely no risk to us to try their service. If they didn’t provide us with actual savings, we were under no obligation to pay them at all.
We were pleasantly surprised with their findings. They were able to save our university money, and interestingly enough a lot of the issues were in areas that we would never have realized drastically affected the credit cards fees that we were paying. These days, with all of the rules and regulations, the credit card industry has become extremely intricate and complex, and it is good to know that there is a group of experts looking out solely for the merchant.
We highly recommend the service that PE Systems offers; there is truly no reason not to partner with them today.
