To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is written to convey our experience with PE Systems Corporation. When we were presented with the service that PE Systems offers, we quickly realized that this would be a good idea for our school. Although we pay close attention to the fees that we pay for credit card processing, it is not feasible to devote someone on staff to the task of deciphering the complex rules and regulations associated with accepting credit card payments and to applying them to our processing environment.
By contracting with PE Systems, we have the best of both worlds. We know that we are always paying the lowest cost to accept credit cards and we don’t have to do the work to ensure this. The team at PE Systems is extremely good at their job and we appreciate the amount of time and effort they spend to save us money. The unique way that they are paid is just another way to prove that they share our goal in saving the University money.
Our experience with PE Systems has been extremely positive and I recommend their services to anyone looking to save money in processing credit cards.
