To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in recommendation of the services offered by PE Systems Corporation.  We at Yakima Valley Community College were approached by a PE Systems representative regarding the merchant service fees we pay to accept credit cards.  At the time, we were not aware of the ability to save money on the merchant fees we were being charged.  We felt that the fees we paid were a part of doing business when you chose to make credit card payments an option for your students.  After listening to a presentation from PE Systems, we were intrigued by their service but we were not in a big hurry to take on yet another project.

After much assurance from PE Systems that this would not be yet another project, we did agree to sign PE Systems contract, we were in for quite a surprise.  This was not another “project” that would take a lot of our time and might pay off down the road.  They were true to their word.  With little to no effort on our part, the results, or savings, were almost immediate.  PE Systems educated us on the areas that were causing us to lose money, and then they took quick action, turning these loses into actual dollars earned, that we were able to put back into our budget.

Given the chance again, with the benefit of hindsight, I would not see this as a task that I had to make time for; I would have been excited to sign up with PE Systems right away and start saving money!

If you have any further questions you can certainly give me a call at 509-574-4651.

Sincerely,
