I was contacted by PE Systems regarding their service to assist the Richard Petty Driving Experience (RPDE) in lowering its credit card processing fees. Having been approached by “cost savings” businesses in the past, I was quite reluctant of their ability to save RPDE money, but I must say that after going through the process, I have been VERY IMPRESSED with PE Systems. From dealing with Brendon Hill (Business Development) from his initial cold call, through their detailed presentation explaining how RPDE’s credit card fees worked and what PE Systems could do to reduce the fees, to the detailed and easy to follow statements showing the savings (which they also walk through for you) to ongoing professional customer support with Sheri Riley (Account Manager), the entire process has been outstanding. PE Systems has not only saved RPDE money, but they have become a partner and advisor to our company (in credit card processing setup) as we take on new ventures to grow our business.
Even before RPDE signed the contract with PE Systems we tried to do due diligence and compare their service with other entities that were offering to do the same, but we found that there were no other companies that were in the same business of working directly for us, doing all of the work, and having a fee that was completely performance based. If that does not speak to the service PE Systems provides (which as a customer now 3 months in the process, I see every month), then nothing else does.
